   Use the prompt below and fill in your topics and the time you want it.

   4. Pick where to receive it

   Say whether you want it in this chat, by email or in Slack. Connect Slack or Gmail if the Bot asks.

   5. Check the first briefing

   Next morning, read it and reply with what to drop or add. The Bot adjusts.
