A team of five bots that finds local businesses you can help, and writes them a free mini-audit

🧰 Before you start

• A paid plan that includes Grok Bot: SuperGrok / SuperGrok Plus / SuperGrok Heavy, or a paid Cursor plan
• The Grok Bot app on your phone (iPhone or Android) or computer (Mac / Windows / Linux)
• A service you can actually deliver (e.g. fix websites, set up booking or WhatsApp replies)
• A business email address on your own domain
• Knowledge of the rules: in Malaysia, business emails must follow the PDPA (personal data law); include who you are and an easy way to opt out

🪜 Steps (tick as you go)

   1. Pick one niche and one fix

   Choose one type of business (e.g. dental clinics in Petaling Jaya) and one problem you can solve in a week (e.g. a slow or broken booking page).

2. ☐
   2. Create the five Bots

   Make five Bots: Finder, Researcher, Audit Writer, Emailer, and Critic. Paste each one its line from the 'Team roles' prompt below.

3. ☐
   3. Give them a group chat

   Tap + then New Group Chat and add all five so they can pass work along.

4. ☐
   4. Run a small test

   Ask the Finder for 20 businesses only. Read every audit and email yourself before anything is sent.

5. ☐
   5. Keep the Critic strict

   The Critic Bot's only job is to stop emails that are vague, pushy or wrong. Tell it to reject anything you would find annoying.

   6. Approve, then send

   Only approve emails you'd be proud to receive. Ask the Emailer to send the approved ones, at most [20] a day.

7. ☐
   7. Handle replies

   Let the Emailer draft replies and book calls into your calendar, but read each reply before it goes.

💬 Prompts to copy

Finder: list [number] [type of business] in [area] with website and public contact email. Skip any that ask not to be contacted.
Researcher: for each, note 2-3 specific, visible problems I can fix: [e.g. broken booking form, no reply to reviews, site not mobile-friendly], with screenshots.
Audit Writer: make a one-page audit for each: what we found, why it costs them customers, the fix, and the price range (MYR).
Emailer: draft a short, polite email with the audit attached, from my name, with an opt-out line. Wait for my approval before sending.
Critic: read every email and reject anything vague, pushy, inaccurate or annoying. Explain each rejection.
