Turn what you built or did this week into social post and article drafts you approve before anything goes out

• A Grok Bot account (free trial, then The X Subscription Premium)
• A place where you jot what you did each week (a notes file, a changelog or a doc)
• Your X account, and Substack or Medium if you write articles (drafts only)
• About 30 minutes

🪜 Steps (tick as you go)

   1. Get Grok Bot

   Install Grok Bot (buttons below) and sign in. In Settings, look for Usage & Billing and set a monthly spending limit.

   2. Add the template

   Tap 'Add Indie Builder CMO' below. It opens the template page on x.ai: tap Add to Grok Bot. It's made by a user (Frederik), not by the company, so read what it does before you add it.

3. ☐
   3. Answer the six setup questions

   The first time you open it, it asks about you, what you make, your audience and your tone. Answer plainly; it saves these as its standing instructions.

   4. Point it at your notes

   Share the file or doc where you write what you did each week. If you don't keep one, start now: five bullet points every Friday is enough.

   5. Not a game maker? Adjust it

   The template is written for indie game and app builders. Paste the 'Make it mine' prompt below to switch it to your trade (bakery, design studio, tutoring...).

   6. Approve on Monday

   Read the five post drafts and the article outline. Fix anything marked [ASK OWNER] with the real number, then approve the ones you like. Nothing goes out until you do.

   7. Optional: teach it your styleOptional extra

   Each Friday, ask it to compare your edits with its drafts and add what it learned as short style rules.

Replace the Friday listicle with: [e.g. 'a tip of the week from a job we did']. Show me the new schedule before saving it.

Read my work notes from this week. Write 5 short post drafts for [platform], each about one real thing I did, in plain British English, no hype, no emojis unless I use them. Add one article outline (title, 5 headings, the key point of each). Put [ASK OWNER] wherever a number or name is missing. Show them to me; don't post anything.
