   Use the 'Viewing day' prompt with the addresses, start point and any fixed times.

   3. Check in Google Maps

   Drive times from ChatGPT are estimates. Check the route in Google Maps or Waze, especially at rush hour.

   4. Send the plan to your client

   Ask ChatGPT for a short WhatsApp version of the schedule.

   5. Record a voice note after each viewing

   In the ChatGPT app, tap the microphone and talk freely about what the client said.

   6. Get the follow-up

   Use the 'After the viewing' prompt. Edit and send it yourself.

💬 Prompts to copy

Plan a viewing schedule for [date]. Start: [office address] at [time]. Viewings (30 min each unless stated): [address 1], [address 2], [address 3], [address 4]. Fixed times: [e.g. address 2 must be at 3 p.m.].
Order them to reduce driving, give estimated drive times (allow for Klang Valley traffic), and include a 10-minute buffer between each. Then write a short, friendly WhatsApp message to my client with the plan.

Here's my voice note after viewing [property] with [client]: [paste/dictate]. Turn it into: 1) tidy notes, 2) what they liked and disliked, 3) next steps with dates, 4) a short follow-up WhatsApp message in a warm, professional tone (British English).
