Prices come from each provider's own pricing page (checked 21 Oct 2026; amounts exclude tax). Small upgrade = up to MYR 250 a month more than you pay now. Big upgrade = more than MYR 250 a month more. Check pricing = the provider doesn't publish a price we could confirm. The badges are worked out in MYR at USD 1 = MYR 4.08 (Bank Negara Malaysia, 19 Oct 2026). Each guide's needs come from its own "What will this really cost me?" box. Your ticks stay in this browser only (no account, nothing sent to us).โฑ๏ธ Try it in 10 minutes

My renovation business's rules: we take kitchen, bathroom and tiling jobs over MYR 3,000 in Petaling Jaya, Subang and Shah Alam, starting within 2 months. We turn down roofing, jobs under MYR 3,000 and anything outside those areas. Check these decisions against the rules. For each say: fits the rules yes/no, CALL BACK if a good enquiry was turned away, CHECK if we accepted one we shouldn't have, and one line of feedback for the staff member. 1. Farah turned away Mrs Tan: kitchen tiling, Subang, about MYR 4,500, start next month. Reason: 'too small'. 2. Farah accepted a roof repair in Rawang, MYR 6,000. 3. Jason turned away a bathroom job in Klang, MYR 8,000. Reason: 'out of area'.

๐งฐ Before you start
- A Claude account (free to try; Pro for a saved Project)
- Your rules, written down: what makes a job you want and one you don't
- A week of enquiry notes with the decision made (remove phone numbers and ID details)
- About an hour
๐ช Step by step
- 1โ
Write your rules
On one page, list what makes a good job (area you cover, budget, type of work, timing) and what makes one you turn down. Think of your best and worst customers: the worst ones show the warning signs.
- 2โ
Let Claude help shape them
McCready's tip: tell Claude you want a project that checks whether you accept or decline the right enquiries, and let it ask you questions. Use the 'Build my rules' prompt, then paste your page so it can tidy the rules into a clear checklist.
- 3โ
Make a Claude Project
Create a Project called 'Second look'. Upload the rules and paste the 'Review rules' prompt into the Project instructions.
- 4โ
Test on last week
Paste last week's enquiry notes with the decisions. Check its verdicts against your own judgement and correct the rules where it's wrong.
- 5โ
Make it a daily habit
Each evening (or at the end of each shift), paste the day's notes. Anyone flagged as 'call back' gets a call the next morning.
- 6โ
Share the feedback
Use the one-line feedback for each staff member in your weekly catch-up. Praise the good calls too.
- 7โ
Optional: tighten the rules monthly
Once a month, ask Claude which rules caused the most borderline cases and suggest clearer wording.

You give a second opinion on enquiries my team has accepted or turned away. My rules are in the uploaded file. For each enquiry note I paste, reply with: 1. Decision made: accepted / turned away. 2. Does it fit my rules? Yes / No / Borderline, and the rule it hinges on. 3. If a good enquiry was turned away: 'CALL BACK' and why, in one line. 4. If we accepted one that breaks a rule: 'CHECK' and why. 5. One line of kind, specific feedback for the person who took the enquiry. Use only the note and my rules. If the note is missing something you'd need, say what. Finish with a short list: call backs, checks, and how many were fine.
I run [type of business] in [area]. I want a simple checklist to decide which enquiries to take and which to turn down, so AI can double-check my team's decisions. Ask me questions one at a time (at most 8) about my best and worst customers, the work I do and don't do, areas, budgets and timing. Then write the checklist: 'Take it if', 'Turn it down if', and 'Ask the owner if'.
โ ๏ธ Tips & common mistakes
- Claude gives a second opinion; a person still decides and makes the call.
- Remove phone numbers, ID numbers and anything sensitive before pasting notes.
- If a customer was turned away for a reason not in your rules, add the rule.
- Be fair: use the feedback to coach, not to blame.
