On a plan with dots, open ChatGPT on your phone or computer and follow the set-up prompts: give your dot a name and pick a picture.
In the ChatGPT phone app, tap your dot's name to open its profile, then Customize and Plugins. Connect Slack, Gmail or Notion one at a time.
Ask it to find something you know exists in each app, e.g. 'Find the email Sarah sent last week about the venue'. If it can't, reconnect that app under Customize and Plugins.
Paste the 'Safety net' prompt with your list of things that matter: budget sheets, price lists, deadlines, client promises.
Ask it to message you only when something is clearly wrong or worth a look, and to group small things into one daily note.
Dots work in the background. Open your dot's profile in the ChatGPT desktop app to see recent activity and results.
Once you trust it, let it draft the fix (a corrected formula, a reply that clears up a date) for you to approve. Keep sending, paying and deleting for yourself.
Act as my safety net across my connected apps. Watch for things that don't line up, especially: - Totals and formulas in these sheets: [budget / price list / project tracker names] - Prices or dates I've given clients that differ between email, Slack and documents - Meetings or deadlines that moved in one place but not another - Follow-ups I promised and haven't sent after [3] working days When you find one, message me: what doesn't match, where (with links), how sure you are, and a suggested fix. Group small issues into one note at [5pm]. Never send, pay, delete or change anything without my yes.💬 Weekly check
Every Friday at [time], look back over this week across my connected apps and send me: anything that still doesn't match, promises I made that are still open, and numbers that changed in one place but not another. Only include items with a link to the source. If nothing needs me, say so in one line.
