๐ What you'll get
ExampleHere's the kind of thing you'll have at the end:
Your brand style, as I understand it
- Warm cream background, deep coffee brown and one copper accent colour
- Rounded serif headings, clean sans-serif body text
- Natural daylight photos, wooden surfaces, no people's faces
- Feel: small-batch, friendly, unhurried
- Avoid: neon, cartoon icons, busy patterns
Made for you

โน๏ธ How we work this out
Prices come from each provider's own pricing page (checked 21 Oct 2026; amounts exclude tax; USD 1 = MYR 4.08, Bank Negara Malaysia 19 Oct 2026). Small upgrade = up to MYR 250 a month more than you pay now. Big upgrade = more than MYR 250 a month more. Check pricing = the provider doesn't publish a price we could confirm. Each guide's needs come from its own "What will this really cost me?" box. Your ticks stay in this browser only (no account, nothing sent to us).โก One-click install

๐งฐ Before you start
- A Google account and the Gemini app (free)
- Your website address, or your logo, brand colours (the codes, if you have them) and fonts
- A few clear photos of your products
๐ช Step by step
- 1โ
Update the Gemini app
Install or update Gemini (buttons below). Google is rolling this out over the coming days, so if you don't see the business options yet, check again later in the week.
- 2โ
Open the business page
Look for Gemini's new business landing page (Google calls it a hub for small businesses) and the option to set your brand style.
- 3โ
Upload your brand
Add your website address, or upload your logo, colour palette and fonts. Paste the 'Describe my brand' prompt so Gemini also knows the mood and what to avoid.
- 4โ
Check what it understood
Ask Gemini to describe your brand style back to you in a few lines. Correct anything that's off.
- 5โ
Make your first pictures
Upload a product photo and use the 'Launch picture' prompt. Ask for sizes for each place you'll post them (square for feeds, tall for stories).
- 6โ
Reuse it
Next time, just ask for 'a sale banner in my brand style'. Gemini keeps the style, so you don't need to upload it again.
- 7โ
Finish off (optional)
For exact text such as prices, add it yourself in Canva or another editor; AI pictures can still misspell words.
๐ฌ Copy-paste prompts
Tap Copy prompt, paste it into your AI (Grok, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini), then replace the [yellow bits] with your own details.
This is my brand: [business name], a [what you sell] for [who your customers are] in [town or country]. Website: [link]. Colours: [colour names or codes]. Fonts: [fonts, if known]. The feel should be [e.g. warm, handmade, bright and simple]. Avoid [e.g. neon colours, cartoon styles, stock-photo smiles]. Save this as my brand style and describe it back to me in 5 lines so I can check it.
Using my saved brand style and this product photo, make 3 picture options to announce [product name], launching on [date]. Keep the product looking exactly like the photo; don't change its shape, colour or label. Make one square (1:1) for feeds and one tall (9:16) for stories. Leave clear space at the top for a headline; don't write prices in the picture.
โ ๏ธ Tips & common mistakes
- Use your own product photos, so customers see what they'll actually get.
- Pictures Gemini makes carry an invisible SynthID watermark; some sites and marketplaces ask you to label AI-made images, so check their rules and your local rules on advertising.
- Don't upload other brands' logos or ask for a look-alike of a competitor's style.
