โน๏ธ How we work this out
Prices come from each provider's own pricing page (checked 21 Oct 2026; amounts exclude tax; USD 1 = MYR 4.08, Bank Negara Malaysia 19 Oct 2026). Small upgrade = up to MYR 250 a month more than you pay now. Big upgrade = more than MYR 250 a month more. Check pricing = the provider doesn't publish a price we could confirm. Each guide's needs come from its own "What will this really cost me?" box. Your ticks stay in this browser only (no account, nothing sent to us).โก One-click install

๐งฐ Before you start
- The Gemini app or Gemini in Google Workspace (the free plan is fine)
- The retailer's supplier or routing guide (usually a PDF)
- The purchase order: how many cartons go to which warehouse
- Label-making software or a label website that can import a CSV file (many label printers come with one)
๐ช Step by step
- 1โ
Upload the delivery rules
Open Gemini and upload the retailer's PDF. Use the 'Delivery rules checklist' prompt below.
- 2โ
Check the checklist against the PDF
Ask Gemini to give the page number for each rule, then spot-check the important ones (label size, where it goes on the carton, delivery windows) yourself.
- 3โ
Share your order
Paste or upload the purchase order: product, number of cartons and destination warehouse for each line.
- 4โ
Build the label file
Use the 'Carton label file' prompt. Gemini gives you a table with one row per carton. Ask it to put it in Google Sheets, or copy it into a spreadsheet, and save it as CSV.
- 5โ
Load it into your label tool
In your label software, open your label template and import the CSV (often called mail merge, data merge or 'import data'). Match each column to a field on the label. If you don't have a label tool, ask Gemini which ones work with your printer.
- 6โ
Print a test page
Print one sheet on plain paper first and check it against the checklist before printing the full run.
- 7โ
Save the checklist
Keep the checklist and label file for that retailer. Next order, you only need the new purchase order.
๐ฌ Copy-paste prompts
Tap Copy prompt, paste it into your AI (Grok, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini), then replace the [yellow bits] with your own details.
This PDF is [retailer name]'s supplier delivery guide. Turn it into a one-page checklist for a small supplier.
Group it under: booking the delivery, carton labels (size, position, what must be printed, barcode type), pallets, paperwork, delivery windows, and penalties (chargebacks).
For every rule give the page number. Put the rules that carry penalties first and mark them with !
If anything is unclear or contradicts itself, list it at the end under 'Ask the retailer'.Here is my purchase order: [paste or upload]. Make a table with one row per carton, with these columns: carton number (1 of N, 2 of Nโฆ), PO number, product name, product code, quantity in carton, destination warehouse name, warehouse address, and [any other field from my checklist]. Number the cartons separately for each warehouse if the checklist says so. At the end, show the total cartons per warehouse so I can check it against the order. Give it to me as CSV I can copy.
โ ๏ธ Tips & common mistakes
- The PDF is the final word. Always check penalty rules against the original page before shipping.
- Barcodes usually have to follow a set standard. If the guide asks for one, make sure your label tool can create it.
- Rules differ between retailers and countries, so save a separate checklist for each one and check your local rules on product labelling.
