Overnight sales research with outreach drafts waiting by morning

🧰 Before you start

• A paid plan that includes Grok Bot: SuperGrok / SuperGrok Plus / SuperGrok Heavy, or a paid Cursor plan
• An iPhone (iOS 18+), Android phone (Android 9+) or a Mac / Windows / Linux computer
• Logins for the apps you want the Bot to use (e.g. Gmail, Google Drive)
• A list of target companies or people (a spreadsheet is fine)
• LinkedIn and email accounts the Bot can draft in

   Upload or link your spreadsheet of target companies or people.

   3. Explain your offer

   Tell the Bot in 3-4 sentences what you sell and who it helps. This is what it will tailor messages to.

   4. Paste the overnight prompt

   Use the prompt below. It researches each person (interviews, podcasts, posts) and drafts messages.

   5. Review in the morning

   Read the drafts, edit or approve. Nothing is sent without you.

   6. Give feedback

   Tell it which drafts you liked and why, so tomorrow's are better.

💬 Prompts to copy

Each night, take the next [5] people from [sheet name/link].
For each one: look up their recent podcasts, webinars, interviews, LinkedIn posts and company news.
Write a 3-sentence personal opener that mentions something specific they said or did, then link it to how [my offer] could help them.
Leave the drafts in [Gmail drafts / LinkedIn / this chat] for me to approve by [8 a.m.]. Don't send anything.
Add a column in the sheet with the source link you used for each person.
