Upload your price list and product photos, then paste the 'My catalogue' prompt below. The bot should only ever show finishes from this list, at these prices.
Take a straight-on photo of a room in good daylight and send it. Ask for one preview with your most popular finishes. Check the result looks believable and the total is right.
At the visit (or after they send photos), send the room photo to the bot. Show the client the preview and let them ask for swaps: 'oak floor instead', 'black handles'.
Use the 'Client summary' prompt to get a short list of the chosen finishes, the running total and the preview pictures, ready to attach to your quote.
Ask the bot to add a small 'Illustration only' note on every picture, so nobody mistakes it for a photo of finished work.
