   Ask it to compare what you have with the requirements and list gaps.

   Ask it to draft answers and convert files into the formats required.

   6. Review and submit yourself

   Check everything carefully; you submit, not the AI.

   7. Reuse for reports

   Use the same approach for monthly business summaries from sales and stock data.

💬 Prompts to copy
