• The WhatsApp Business app (free) on your phone with your business number
• Your business info: services, prices, opening hours, FAQs
• Note: it's rolling out to selected countries; if you don't see it yet, you can join the waitlist

🪜 Steps (tick as you go)

   1. Install WhatsApp Business

   Tap the install button on this page. If you use normal WhatsApp for business, you can move your number to WhatsApp Business.

   2. Open Tools

   In the WhatsApp Business app, tap Tools.

3. ☐
   3. Tap Meta Business Agent (or AI agent)

   Confirm it's you and link your Meta account if asked, then tap Continue > Accept.

   4. Teach it about your business

   Let it learn from selected past chats, add your website and product catalogue, and type extra details like payment methods and opening hours.

5. ☐
   5. Choose when it replies

   Go to Tools > Your AI agent > AI replies and pick which chats it answers (e.g. new chats only or outside business hours).

   6. Test from another phone

   Message your business number as a customer and ask common questions.

7. ☐
   7. Adjust anytime

   Update information in Tools whenever prices or offers change.
