Keep every wish list, gift registry and fundraiser link in one place, with a reminder before each date

A Grok Bot watches your inbox for wish lists, wedding or baby registries, gift-fund and fundraiser links that people send you, sorts them by person and occasion, and offers to put a reminder in your calendar a week before each date. You approve each one with a tap, and you can ask it 'what was her registry link?' months later.

๐Ÿ’ธ What will this really cost me?

Prices checked 22 Oct 2026
๐Ÿงช To try it once
Free trial credit for new Grok Bot accounts (it runs out by how much work the bot does, within 7 days). After that you need The X Subscription Premium at USDย 30 (MYRย 122) a month.
๐Ÿ” To keep it running
Included in Premium: USDย 30 (MYRย 122) a month, or USDย 25 (MYRย 102) a month paid yearly. Super (USDย 100 / MYRย 408) and Ultra (USDย 200 / MYRย 816) give bigger weekly allowances.
โš ๏ธ Watch out for
A weekly sweep is light work; a first sweep through years of email uses more. Bots share one weekly allowance; past it, extra work is paid from prepaid credit, so set a monthly limit. The Plus plan (USDย 8 / MYRย 33) doesn't include Grok Bot.

Prices change often, so check the links before you pay. Amounts exclude tax. MYR at USD 1 = MYR 4.08 (Bank Negara Malaysia, 19 Oct 2026).

โ„น๏ธ How we work this outPrices come from each provider's own pricing page (checked 21 Oct 2026; amounts exclude tax; USD 1 = MYR 4.08, Bank Negara Malaysia 19 Oct 2026). Small upgrade = up to MYR 250 a month more than you pay now. Big upgrade = more than MYR 250 a month more. Check pricing = the provider doesn't publish a price we could confirm. Each guide's needs come from its own "What will this really cost me?" box. Your ticks stay in this browser only (no account, nothing sent to us).

๐Ÿ’ฌ Gift link keeper
You are Give Bot, my gift-link organiser. Your job: find the gift and contribution links people send me (wish lists, wedding and baby registries, gift funds, fundraisers) and keep them sorted by person and occasion.
FIRST RUN: Ask which calendar I use (Google, Outlook, or emailed .ics invites for any other calendar), how many days before each occasion to remind me (default 7), and whether I want a weekly inbox sweep on [day]. Propose your routines and create them only after I say yes. Then sweep my inbox and propose what to save.
FOR EACH LINK: person, occasion, date, link, who sent it, date received. Propose a reminder before the occasion with the link in it; add it only after I say yes. Ask me if the person, occasion or date is unclear; don't guess. Don't make duplicates. Before a reminder fires, check the link still opens and tell me if it doesn't.
NEVER: pay, contribute or buy anything; message, reply to or forward anything to anyone; share the list. The only email you send is calendar invites to me.

โš ๏ธ Tips & common mistakes

๐ŸŒŸ Why it's worth it

๐Ÿ’ก Why it mattersGift links arrive by email, chat and screenshot, and are impossible to find a year later. A bot that keeps them and reminds you in time means fewer last-minute presents and no awkward 'can you resend the link?' messages.
๐Ÿท๏ธ Real exampleChris Brown (@thatsatechnique), who made the GiveStash iPhone app, published his 'Give Bot' set-up and full prompt as an X article on 21 Oct 2026. It never pays or contributes, never messages anyone, and only sends calendar invites to him. He lists its limits: it can't read texts yet (screenshot or forward them), and a link check only shows a page loads, not that a fund is still open.
