🧰 Before you start
- A paid plan that includes Grok Bot (SuperGrok / SuperGrok Plus / SuperGrok Heavy, or a paid Cursor plan) and the Grok Bot app on your phone or computer
- A free Apify account and a free Cloudflare account
- A separate email domain just for outreach, so your main email's reputation is protected
- A Stripe account if you want payment links, and a postal address you can put in emails
🪜 Step by step
- 1☐
Choose a trade and a few towns
The video uses roofers in three US cities. Pick businesses that rely on local customers, such as roofers, plumbers or salons.
- 2☐
Create the bot and connect tools
Create a new Bot (the video calls it Webster) and connect Apify, Cloudflare, Gmail, Airtable and Stripe.
- 3☐
Paste the website-seller prompt
Fill in the 'Website seller' prompt below and send it. It should create a routine and start a list in Airtable.
- 4☐
Check the previews
Open each preview site. Fix anything wrong: name, phone, address and opening hours must be exactly right.
- 5☐
Approve emails yourself
Read every draft. Each one must say who you are, include your postal address and a clear 'reply no and I won't email again' line.
- 6☐
Take payment and hand over
When someone says yes, send the Stripe payment link, connect their own domain if they want one, and agree in writing what the monthly fee covers.
- 7☐
Take down unclaimed previews
Delete previews nobody wants after 14 days, as promised in the email.
💬 Copy-paste prompts
Tap Copy prompt, paste it into your AI (Grok, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini), then replace the [yellow bits] with your own details.
You are [bot name], my storefront bot. You sell simple websites to local businesses at [price] plus [monthly fee] a month. Use Apify's Google Maps scraper to find [trade] in [towns] with [4.5]+ stars, [25]+ reviews and no website or a broken one. Log them in Airtable. For the best 20, build a one-page preview on Cloudflare Pages using their real name, real details and a few of their real reviews. Never invent reviews, prices or services. Draft a short email for each with the preview link, my name, my postal address, and the line 'Reply no and I won't email again'. Offer to take the preview down in 14 days if they're not interested. Only send from my outreach address, and only after I approve each email.
⚠️ Tips & common mistakes
- Income figures here are the video creator's own targets and claims, not results we have checked and not a promise. Most people earn less, especially at the start.
- Cold email has rules: in the US, CAN-SPAM requires your postal address and an easy opt-out; in Malaysia the PDPA covers personal data. Never email anyone who says no.
- Using a business's name and reviews on a preview is a grey area. Keep previews unlisted, label them as samples and take them down when asked.
- Don't promise Google rankings or extra customers. You're selling a website, not results.
