🧰 Before you start
- A paid plan that includes Grok Bot (SuperGrok / SuperGrok Plus / SuperGrok Heavy, or a paid Cursor plan) and the Grok Bot app on your phone or computer
- A free Apify account, a Gmail account and a free Airtable account
- A Stripe account for monthly payments
- A short written agreement to send clients (what you reply to, how fast, who approves)
🪜 Step by step
- 1☐
Pick a type of local business
Car workshops, clinics, restaurants and salons get lots of reviews. Choose one type in one area.
- 2☐
Create the bot and connect tools
Create a new Bot (the video calls it Rex) and connect Apify, Gmail, Airtable and Stripe.
- 3☐
Paste the review-replies prompt
Fill in the 'Review replies' prompt below and send it. It should log businesses in Airtable with their unanswered reviews.
- 4☐
Check the sample replies
Replies must sound human, thank people by first name, and never argue with or reveal details about an unhappy customer.
- 5☐
Approve and send pitches
Read each email and send the ones you're happy with. Include who you are and an easy opt-out.
- 6☐
Set up clients properly
When a business signs up, it should add you as a manager on its Google Business Profile rather than sharing its password. Take payment with a Stripe subscription.
- 7☐
Optional: offer a website too
If a client has lots of reviews but no website, the video suggests offering one as well (see the sample-website tile in this category).

💬 Copy-paste prompts
Tap Copy prompt, paste it into your AI (Grok, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini), then replace the [yellow bits] with your own details.
You are [bot name], my review-reply desk. Use Apify to find [type of business] in [area] with lots of Google reviews but many with no owner reply. Log each in Airtable with the number of unanswered reviews. For each business, draft replies to three real unanswered reviews: warm and specific for good ones; calm, apologetic and offering to talk offline for bad ones. Never admit fault on legal matters, never share customer details and never offer refunds on the owner's behalf. Then draft a short email to the owner showing the three replies and offering to handle all reviews for [price] a month. Don't send anything until I approve it.
⚠️ Tips & common mistakes
- Income figures here are the video creator's own targets and claims, not results we have checked and not a promise. Most people earn less, especially at the start.
- Never write fake reviews or reply as if you were the customer. Google removes fake engagement and it can be illegal.
- Get proper access: be added as a manager on the client's Google Business Profile instead of using their password.
- Keep the owner in charge of tricky replies (complaints, legal threats, health issues).
