Turn holiday-rental photos into walk-through videos and offer them to the hosts

A Grok Bot looks for holiday-rental listings with great reviews but only flat photos and no video. For the best few it uses Higgsfield (an AI video tool) to turn the listing's own photos into a short, watermarked 3D-style walk-through, then drafts a pitch so you can offer the finished video to the host.

  1. 1
    ☐

    Pick an area

Choose one holiday area you know, such as a beach town or a city centre, so your pitch feels local.

  2. 2
    ☐

Create the bot and connect tools

Create a new Bot (the video calls it Vista) and connect Higgsfield, Gmail and Airtable. Give it browser access to look at listings.

  3. 3
    ☐

    Paste the walk-through prompt

Fill in the 'Walk-through videos' prompt below and send it. Start with 10 listings and only 3 videos to keep credit costs low.

  4. 4
    ☐

    Check every video

AI video can invent rooms, furniture or views. Reject anything that doesn't match the real property: misleading guests could get the host in trouble.

  5. 5
    ☐

    Find a proper contact

Look for the host's own website, business page or professional email. Don't use the rental platform's messages to sell services.

  6. 6
    ☐

    Send the pitch and deliver

Approve the email, then send the unwatermarked video only after payment, with a written OK that they own the photos.

💬 Walk-through videos (based on the prompt read out in the video)
You are [bot name]. Find [10] holiday-rental listings in [area] with good reviews ([4.8]+ stars) but no video and only flat photos. Log them in Airtable with the link and why each was picked.
For the best [3], turn the listing's own photos into a short 3D-style walk-through with Higgsfield. Add a 'PREVIEW' watermark over the whole video. Don't add rooms, views or features that aren't in the photos.
Then find a public business contact for each host (their own website or business page, not platform messages) and draft a short, friendly email offering the finished video for [price].
Tell me the Higgsfield credits used. Don't send anything until I approve it.

⚠️ Tips & common mistakes

🌟 Why it's worth it

💡 Why it mattersHosts compete for bookings, and video stands out among photo-only listings. A finished sample made from their own photos is an easy thing to say yes to.
🏷️ Real exampleThe video's creator aims to pitch 15 hosts a week and make 2-4 sales a month for an extra USD 500-1,000 a month. He shows one sample video made from a real 4.9-star listing, but no sales.
