🧰 Before you start
- A service you already know how to deliver (e.g. marketing, research, content)
- An AI agent tool: Grok Bot, ChatGPT or Claude
- A simple project tracker (Google Sheets or Notion)
🪜 Step by step
- 1☐
Write down your service as steps
List every step from 'new client' to 'final report', e.g. research, plan, write, design, report.
- 2☐
Mark what AI can do
Next to each step write AI, ME, or AI + ME. Keep relationship and sensitive work for yourself.
- 3☐
Create one AI helper per step
In your AI tool, set up a helper for each AI step (a Grok Bot, a ChatGPT project or a Claude project), each with its own instructions (prompt below).
- 4☐
Write a checklist for each helper
Tell each helper exactly what a good result looks like, with an example.
- 5☐
Connect the steps
Have each helper save results in one shared folder or tracker so the next one picks them up.
- 6☐
Run a test client
Do a pretend project end to end and fix weak spots.
- 7☐
Price by result
Sell a monthly retainer (fixed monthly fee) for the outcome, not 'AI hours'.
💬 Copy-paste prompts
Tap Copy prompt, paste it into your AI (Grok, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini), then replace the [yellow bits] with your own details.
You are the [step name, e.g. Customer Research] specialist in my agency. Input: [what you'll receive, e.g. client website + 3 competitor names]. Output: [exact deliverable, e.g. a 1-page summary: top 5 customer pains with quotes, top 5 buying reasons, 3 message ideas]. Quality bar: use only real sources and include links; say 'unknown' instead of guessing. Save the result to [folder] named "[client] – [step] – [date]".
I run a [type of service] for [type of clients]. Break my delivery into 8-12 steps. For each step tell me: can AI do it alone, with my review, or should I do it myself? Suggest a name and a one-paragraph job description for each AI helper.
⚠️ Tips & common mistakes
- Start with 3-5 helpers, not 35.
- Keep emotional, high-stakes conversations human.
- Check every deliverable before the client sees it.
