Open Explore Gems (or Gems manager) and click New Gem. Name it, e.g. 'Quote Checker'.

  3. 3

Copy the 'Document checker' prompt below into the instructions box and fill in your checklist.

  4. 4

Upload your standard terms, price list or a 'good example' so the Gem compares against them.

  5. 5
    ☐

    Test with old documents

Give it 2-3 documents you've already checked and see if it spots the same issues.

  6. 6
    ☐

    Use it every time

Open the Gem, upload the new document, and read its checklist report. You still make the decision.

💬 Copy-paste prompts

Tap Copy prompt, paste it into your AI (Grok, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini), then replace the [yellow bits] with your own details.

💬 Document checker
You check [document type, e.g. contractor renovation quotes] for [business].
For every document I upload, go through this checklist and mark each item ✅ present, ⚠️ unclear, or ❌ missing:
[1. Company name and SSM registration number]
[2. Itemised prices in MYR with quantities]
[3. Payment schedule and deposit %]
[4. Start and finish dates]
[5. Warranty period]
[6. Who pays for damage / clean-up]
Then list anything unusual compared with the reference files, quoting the exact words. End with 3 questions I should ask. Don't give legal advice; flag legal points for a professional.
