A one-person repair business runs its quotes, job sheets and client emails on Gemini

A solo IT repair owner who doesn't code uses Gemini inside Google Workspace as a back office: rough parts-and-labour lists become professional quotes, scribbled field notes become standard job sheets, and technical problems are explained to clients in plain English. Strict rules (bullet points, always end with 'your next step is…') keep it focused.
