๐ธ What will this really cost me?
Prices checked 23 Oct 2026- ๐งช To try it once
- Free trial credit for new Grok Bot accounts (it runs out by how much work the bot does, within 7 days). After that you need The X Subscription Premium at USDย 30 (MYRย 122) a month.
- ๐ To keep it running
- Included in Premium: USDย 30 (MYRย 122) a month, or USDย 25 (MYRย 102) a month paid yearly. Super (USDย 100 / MYRย 408) and Ultra (USDย 200 / MYRย 816) give bigger weekly allowances.
- โ ๏ธ Watch out for
- Each routine run uses allowance, so a nightly and a morning routine cost far less than hourly ones. Bots share one weekly allowance; past it, extra work is paid from prepaid credit, so set a monthly limit. The Plus plan (USDย 8 / MYRย 33) doesn't include Grok Bot.

Prices come from each provider's own pricing page (checked 21 Oct 2026; amounts exclude tax; USD 1 = MYR 4.08, Bank Negara Malaysia 19 Oct 2026). Small upgrade = up to MYR 250 a month more than you pay now. Big upgrade = more than MYR 250 a month more. Check pricing = the provider doesn't publish a price we could confirm. Each guide's needs come from its own "What will this really cost me?" box. Your ticks stay in this browser only (no account, nothing sent to us).โฑ๏ธ Try it in 10 minutes
โ Free plan ยท nothing to connectWhat you'll see: two short files about you, me.md and voice.md, written from 5 of your own sent emails, then a reply drafted in your voice.
Copy the prompt, paste it into one of the free AI apps below and press send. The sample is made up, so swap in your own details if you like.
Below I'll paste 5 emails I sent last week (copy them from your Sent folder, removing anything private), then one email I need to answer. 1. Write me.md: my work, what I seem to be focused on, the people I deal with most and what we owe each other, and anything I keep promising. 2. Write voice.md: how I write, as 10 short rules, each with one real line of mine as an example. Quote only lines I wrote. 3. Draft a reply to the last email in my voice, using the two files. My 5 sent emails: [paste here] Email to answer: [paste here]

โก๏ธ Like it? The full setup adds: In the full setup a Grok Bot keeps this 'second brain' folder updated every night from your email, writes a morning page and holds drafts until you approve. Go to the steps โ
โก One-click install
Checked install pages (app stores, official sites and template pages): tap to get it straight away.
๐งฐ Before you start
- A Grok Bot account (free trial, then The X Subscription Premium)
- About 20 emails you've sent recently (to teach it how you write)
- Gmail and Google Calendar, if you want nightly filing and a morning page
- About an hour, spread over a few days
๐ช Step by step
- 1โ
Create a bot called Brain
Install Grok Bot (buttons below), sign in, choose + then Create new Bot, and name it Brain.
- 2โ
Teach it about you
Paste about 20 emails you sent into the chat, then the 'About me' prompt below. It writes me.md (your work, goals and people) and voice.md (10 rules for how you write). No emails to paste? Ask it to interview you one question at a time.
- 3โ
Make the folder
Paste the 'Folder' prompt. It creates folders for raw material, people, projects and drafts, plus an index file, and saves the rules it must follow in its description (the bot's standing instructions).
- 4โ
Connect Gmail and file each night
Click Connect apps, add Gmail, and in Gmail put the label Brain on anything worth keeping. Then use the 'Nightly filing' prompt. Keep routines to a few runs a day; hourly ones use up your allowance fast.
- 5โ
Get a morning page
Add Google Calendar the same way, then use the 'Morning page' prompt. Each weekday you get one page: facts that came in, guesses marked as guesses, what it filed or drafted, what waits for your yes, open questions.
- 6โ
Make every correction stick
When it gets something wrong, tell it. The 'Rules' prompt makes it write each fix as one line in rules.md and reread that file before every task.
- 7โ
Optional: a Sunday review
Ask for a Sunday page of what changed, what is drifting and what you decided and forgot. Report only; it changes nothing.

๐ฌ Copy-paste prompts
Tap Copy prompt, paste it into your AI (Grok, ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini), then replace the [yellow bits] with your own details.
Read the emails I pasted above. Write two files in /workspace/brain: me.md: my work, my goals for the next three months, the people I deal with most and what we owe each other, and the things I keep promising and not doing. voice.md: how I write, as 10 short rules, each with one real line of mine. Quote only lines I wrote. Show me both files. Send, reply to or change nothing.
Make /workspace/brain with: raw/ (new material exactly as it came, never edit), people/ (one file per person), projects/ (one file per project), out/ (drafts and plans for me), INDEX.md (one line per file) and log.md (one dated line per change). Every file starts with a one-line summary, the date and a link to its source. Update a file instead of making a new one. Save this as your description: You are my second brain in /workspace/brain. Read INDEX.md first, then only the files it points to. Fast-changing facts (status, dates, amounts) come from the source app, never from memory. If nothing changed, say nothing. Draft first, and never send, buy, delete or publish without my yes. Reply with the folder tree.
Set up routines in [my time zone], and show me each one for my yes before you create it:
1. Every night at 11pm: copy each new Gmail email labelled Brain into raw/ with its date, sender and link, file it into people/ or projects/ (or list it for me), and update INDEX.md and log.md. If Gmail fails, tell me instead of using old data. Reply to no one.
2. Weekdays at 7:30am: send me one page here: facts that came in (with links), guesses (marked as guesses), what you filed or drafted overnight, drafts in out/ waiting for my yes, open questions. If nothing is new, send nothing.
3. When I correct you, write the fix as one line in rules.md, show me the line, and reread rules.md before every task.โ ๏ธ Tips & common mistakes
- Keep facts that change (status, dates, amounts) in the source app and have the bot recheck them; keep slow facts (who people are, how you work) in files.
- Don't put passwords, ID numbers or bank details in the folder.
- Start with a few routines a day. An hourly routine can use a week's allowance in a day.
- Everything that goes to another person stays a draft until you say yes.
