- Free trial credit for new Grok Bot accounts (it runs out by how much work the bot does, within 7 days). After that you need The X Subscription Premium at USDย 30 a month.
- ๐ To keep it running
- Included in Premium: USDย 30 a month, or USDย 25 a month paid yearly. Super (USDย 100) and Ultra (USDย 200) give bigger weekly allowances.
- โ ๏ธ Watch out for
- Long videos and many photos use more allowance than text, so ask for a short clip per room. Bots share one weekly allowance; past it, extra work is paid from prepaid credit, so set a monthly limit. The Plus plan (USDย 8) doesn't include Grok Bot.

โน๏ธ How we work this out
Prices come from each provider's own pricing page (checked 21 Oct 2026; amounts exclude tax). Small upgrade = up to MYR 250 a month more than you pay now. Big upgrade = more than MYR 250 a month more. Check pricing = the provider doesn't publish a price we could confirm. The badges are worked out in MYR at USD 1 = MYR 4.08 (Bank Negara Malaysia, 19 Oct 2026). Each guide's needs come from its own "What will this really cost me?" box. Your ticks stay in this browser only (no account, nothing sent to us).โฑ๏ธ Try it in 10 minutes

๐งช Dry run. The real thing needs your apps connected, so this tries only the AI's part on a sample you paste in. Nothing is connected, sent or booked.

Pretend these are notes from a customer's room photos for a house move: Living room: one big 3-seater sofa, a 55 inch TV on a stand, a glass coffee table, two bookshelves full of books. Bedroom: king bed, a 2-door wardrobe, a dressing table with a mirror. Kitchen: fridge, microwave, about 10 boxes of crockery. Access: old flat is on the 3rd floor with no lift; new home is a ground-floor house. 1. Build a room-by-room inventory: item, size (small/medium/large), special handling. 2. Note anything that will add time (stairs, fragile items, dismantling). 3. List three questions I should ask the customer about things that aren't clear. 4. Suggest a truck size and number of movers, with your reasoning.

โก๏ธ Like it? The full setup adds: In the full setup a Grok Bot reads the customer's real photos and videos and drafts the quote from your price list for your team to check. Go to the steps โ
โก One-click install
Checked install pages (app stores, official sites and template pages): tap to get it straight away.
๐งฐ Before you start
- A Grok Bot account (free trial, then The X Subscription Premium)
- Your price list: hourly rates, truck sizes, extra charges (stairs, long carry, piano)
- An email address or chat where customers can send photos
- A person on your team who checks each list
๐ช Step by step
- 1โ
Get Grok Bot
Install Grok Bot (buttons below) and sign in. In Settings, look for Usage & Billing and set a monthly spending limit so it can never surprise you.
- 2โ
Make a Quotes bot
Create a bot called Moving Quotes and upload your price list and an example of a past job you priced well.
- 3โ
Write the photo request
Use the 'Photo request' prompt to write the message you send every new enquiry: photos or a short video of each room, plus cupboards, stairs, lifts and where the truck can park.
- 4โ
Build the inventory
When photos arrive, give them to the bot with the 'Room-by-room list' prompt. It lists every item by room with rough size and anything needing special care.
- 5โ
A person checks every line
Your team member goes through the list, removes mistakes and sends the customer the questions the bot flagged (for example 'Is the wardrobe flat-pack?').
- 6โ
Draft the quote
Ask the bot to price the checked list with your price list. Say clearly whether the price is fixed or an estimate. You approve before it's sent.
- 7โ
Let customers check the list
Send the itemised list with the quote so the customer can tick it line by line. Anything they add gets priced before moving day, not on it.
- 8โ
Optional: let customers book through the bot
Once you trust it, let the bot offer dates and confirm bookings after your OK, and keep a phone number for people who'd rather talk.

Write a short, friendly message to send everyone who asks us for a moving quote. Ask for: photos or a 1-minute video of every room, inside cupboards and wardrobes, the garage or storeroom, the stairs or lift at both homes, and where a truck can park at both addresses. Ask them to mention anything heavy or fragile (piano, glass table, safe). Keep it under 120 words, British English, and say a real person checks every list.
Here are photos and a video of a customer's home for a move from [from area] to [to area]. Go room by room and build an itemised inventory: room, item, rough size (small / medium / large / extra large), quantity, and special handling (fragile, heavy, needs dismantling). Note stairs, lifts, long walks to the truck and parking from the photos. Then list anything you couldn't see clearly as questions for the customer. Don't guess hidden items; mark them 'ask'. Format it so a person can check it line by line.
โ ๏ธ Tips & common mistakes
- Always have a person check the list: photos miss things and the bot can misjudge sizes.
- Cupboards, stairs and parking cause most surprise hours, so always ask for those photos.
- Say clearly whether your quote is fixed or an estimate, and what changes it.
- Delete customers' home photos when the job is done unless they agree you can keep them.
